Corazón de Tierra is the reflection of a unique land, the Baja California Peninsula; a place where austerity goes in hand with intensity. Chef Diego Hernández offers a window into the inner workings of the elements that make up Valle de Guadalupe.

Products are grown sustainably in our garden and animals are sourced whole from neighbors who raise them in the most natural way. We butcher and process ingredients mindful of the balance between nature and hospitality, always taking into account the values we hold so close to our hearts.

We offer a single dining experience with the option for a wine pairing available on site.
